My Teletherapy Practice is accepting new clients in HIPPA secured sessions. I believe it takes courage to sort out life's problems, and a helping hand can make it more manageable. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). I provide services to Individuals, and Couples including: Substance Abuse, Marriage Counseling, Grief Counseling, Aging issues, Anxiety and Stress, Low Self-Esteem, Shame and Sexual Abuse issues.

This is overwhelming, I know. Finding the right therapist is stressful and exhausting. With almost 20 years of experience, I've worked with people with numerous struggles effecting their lives, relationships, careers, and/or children. Life can be challenging, and I help my clients find what's standing in the way of achieving happiness, fulfillment, success, and well-being. In a warm, nonjudgemental environment, we explore practical issues, thoughts, ideas, and feelings while being offered honest, open feedback and challenges. We will identify your personal obstacles and barriers while developing an action plan to overcome them.

I specialize in addiction, codependency, trauma and LGBTQ issues. I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist and treat all my clients with the dignity, respect, and affirmation they deserve. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence-based therapy that alleviates distress caused by traumatic memories.

Hi! My name is Tanya Martinez-Cardenas. I'm a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor & owner of Unitive Counseling Services (UCS). I am the primary director and counselor at UCS. However, our team consists of recovery coaches, & an EMDR therapist. We specialize in addiction, depression, anxiety, and trauma. We offer Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP). Pat Keaton is bi-lingual in Spanish and English and works with individuals 18+ and couples. Pat specializes in trauma, substance abuse, and life transitions.

Additionally, I received a Bachelor of Applied Science from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi in Community and Mental Health with a Minor in Psychology and an Associate of Applied Science from Del Mar College in Human Services with an emphasis in Addiction Studies.
