Evening & Saturday sessions available. I use a variety of treatment methods but all of them focus on being in the moment, identifying your personal strengths and qualities, and building upon the coping skills you already have to build your confidence to learn and use new skills. I am fairly direct, a bit sarcastic, and bring humor to sessions.

I can't, and won't, ever promise to make everything perfect or the problems go away. I won't "fix you". I don't need to. You are not broken. Toys break. You are not a toy.
