I welcome both individuals and couples seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship struggles, and stress related to parenting or caregiving. I also work with health care providers and anyone in a caregiving profession to process burnout, fatigue, and secondary trauma.

My role as a therapist is to help you build awareness about what is keeping you stuck, and to open new perspectives and possibilities in your life. Hi, I’m Kim, a therapist and coach experienced in working with individuals facing a variety of challenges. I practice both in person from West Seattle and via telehealth with clients throughout Washington. I work with adults, couples, and adolescents dealing with a problem in living. I specialize in working with: recovery from anxiety or depression; addressing conflict or dissatisfaction in one’s intimate or family relationships; alcohol or drug use, or another form of addiction; and processing and healing physically or emotionally traumatic experiences, whether from childhood or current. I am Toni Napoli, Director and founder of Counseling West Seattle. I have been in private practice since 1995. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has spent the past thirty years providing the best comprehensive care to my clients. I am a bicultural and a bilingual immigrant therapist with a passion for supporting and empowering people of color, LGBTQ individuals, and other marginalized groups, and my personal and professional goals include disrupting the oppression and creating an equitable and safe world for all. My ideal client is someone who has an intention to change. During my 31 years as a practicing therapist I have encountered a wide range of issues.
