Update 8/14/26: Accepting virtual clients for Tue/Wed appts! Initiating therapy takes courage, especially at a time when you may be feeling unsure, lonely, or anxious. Executive functioning skills feel overwhelming and you feel constantly behind. Perhaps you are feeling like you are "too much" for others, or you feel overstimulated and self-critical in social settings, so you toggle between feeling like you overshare or don't say enough. It's hard to turn your brain off, to stop ruminating. To sum up: you can't stop overthinking, yet can't think. You are not alone, and you are ready to connect with a therapist who understands.

I love working with adults and teens with ADHD, and/or anxiety and depression. I collaborate with clients in identifying areas of accommodation, skill building, and explore identity, rejection sensitivity, and relationships. My work is to bear witness to my client’s process, while providing consistent warmth, humor, and connection.
