Previously, I worked with U.S. military veterans and their families, helping them readjust to civilian life.
I currently see clients in person and via telehealth at Attuned Relationship Center, a group practice in West Seattle offering individual and couple therapy. I believe clients are the experts of their own lives, so my approach is client-led, client-centered, solution-focused, strengths-based, non-judgmental, and collaborative—tailored to support you.
