My work is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I see healing as something that happens through genuine connection, and that means building a warm, trusting relationship where you feel truly seen, where your unique path, values, and goals are respected and supported.
I also draw from mindfulness and somatic approaches in a trauma-informed lens. So much of our experience lives in the body, and part of this work is helping you reconnect with your body and your sense of self. Healing isn’t only about fixing what’s broken, but about rediscovering your own strength, wisdom, and agency.
