I provide counseling for adults, older adults, and families caring for loved ones with dementia. I have over 30 years of experience treating depression, anxiety, grief and bereavement, family conflict, stress-related concerns, help with personal and life transitions and behaviors related to dementia. I can help you to create and practice effective communication for positive relationships, develop new coping skills for life transitions, and help with conflict management and family dilemmas.
Services include individual therapy, and family meetings. In addition to treating adults, I also specialize in counseling and consultation for elder care and aging and grief and bereavement services. Treatment modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Client-Centered Therapy.

I will help you reach your goals by utilizing insights into personal roadblocks, help with how communication styles, relational dynamics, and cognitive processes interact with feelings and help with skills necessary to move forward and improve your life.
