I provide individual therapy to adults 18 + via Telehealth. I also am able to support mental health therapists with their own therapy.
My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and blends elements from psychodynamic, behavioral, cognitive, and humanistic therapies to tailor each client’s treatment according to their needs. I have experience different treatment modalities including but not limited to CBT, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Based, and Strength-based.
Engaging in therapy requires diligence. It involves a vulnerable process, and I believe that everyone's therapy journey is unique. As your therapist, I will meet you where you currently stand on your journey, assist you in uncovering the answers you seek, and guide you in discovering coping mechanisms that best suit you.
