Client problems come in all shapes and sizes, with all kinds of different life experiences and reasons and needs. Problems are common in the world, and it is hard to shoulder the responsibilities set on our shoulders. It can feel lonely with the burden that people carry, and it seems reasonable to find ways to meet needs that are not being met. Sometimes these can be unhealthy habits that just cause more problems. Sometimes, it leads to a build up of pressure until everything is overwhelming and out of control. It disrupts our Serenity, and building this back up sometimes needs a helper.

I work with people who want to start or continue their journey in healing from trauma, clients who may be struggling to navigate what it means to be neurodivergent and clients who want to learn more about their own identity throughout this process. Together, we can work on reducing shame, blame and guilt surrounding traumas, decrease hypervigilance and avoidance to work toward valued living.

I also have affiliations with nurse practitioners within our clinic for those who may be interested in medication as a treatment option to supplement their therapy.
