I have experience working with teens, young adults, and older adults. I specialize in supporting clients with eating disorders and body image, stress management, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey toward healing and growth.
I take a holistic approach integrating mind, body, and spirit. I utilize a tailored approach for your unique needs including DBT, CBT, ACT and somatic practices. I enjoy supporting teens and adults in building their self-esteem, healing their relationship with food and their body, and managing current stressors in their lives.
