As a mental health therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My background includes outpatient private practice and inaptient psychiatric care at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. While I work with many demographics, I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults experiencing a variety of life disruptions including behavioral challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, anxiety, depression, self-esteem/self-image, and life transitions.
I prioritize the therapeutic alliance with clients and create a safe, supportive, non-judgemental space for them. I believe each individual has unique strengths that allow them to be resilient and achieve their goals. My clinical style pulls from a variety of evidence-based treatment interventions and is tailored to a client's individual needs.
I strive to offer my clients support for whatever life may be throwing their way. I encourage all prospective clients to reach out and schedule a free 15 minute consultation to determine if we are a suitable match. I look forward to hearing from you!

I often utilize components of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in my practice. With CBT, we can explore the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and actions. With DBT, we can explore how to tolerate distress and learn emotional regulation skills.
