As a forensic psychologist, I provide comprehensive psychological evaluations for many purposes including Worker's Compensation, Fitness for Duty, Fitness for Practice, Personal Injury, Independent Medical (psychological) Evaluations, disability, risk/threat assessment, bariatric surgery, pain pumps, and implantable TENS units.
