My name is Christian Dozier, and I offer individual, couples, couples and individual sex therapy, family therapy and adolescent/college age therapy. I take a collaborative holistic approach. With your consent, I will work with your care team (psychiatrist, primary care physician, individual therapist if attending as a couple), to provide collaborative care. As and African American Female Therapist, I offer unique perspectives for you to tackle situations in a different way. I help you learn coping skills to reach your therapy goals. Remember, change happens when change occurs.

I am a LCSW and Certified Sex Therapist through AASECT, licensed in PA and MA. Whether its building self-confidence, enhancing or healing relationships, we work together to develop and achieve your goals. I treat individuals and couples, specializing in anxiety, discordant desires, communication, relationships, and sexual satisfaction and challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Educator. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University and a Doctorate in Human Sexuality from Widener University. I maintain a private practice in Flourtown, Pennsylvania. I teach Clinical Counseling and Human Sexuality as an Adjunct Faculty member in LaSalle University's Graduate Psychology Program. I provide educational and clinical interventions in sexuality for parents, teachers and churches throughout the Philadelphia area.

I am the Director of the Center for Healthier Relationships, Individuals & Sexualities. I have an amazing team of therapists, from low fee interns to therapists with years of experience. The team specializes in working with LGBTQ+ populations and is compromised of members of the community. The team has a variety of specialities, including sex therapy, addiction, behavioral modification, couples intimacy concerns, and increasing effective communication.

Sex therapy specialty. I push my clients to explore parts of their mind and psyche to unlock their full potential and explore ways to make the necessary changes for good sex and a healthy relationship. As an AASECT certified sex therapist, I specialize in men's sexual health and couples therapy. For over 30 years I have practiced clinical psychology using different conversational methods to put my clients' minds at ease while they challenge and push themselves to resolve their issues.

I am a graduate of Temple University, and Chestnut Hill College with over ten years of professional experience. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I am a mother, step mother, wife, and working professional. My counseling style is honest, nonjudgmental, and accepting. I pride myself on my relationships with my clients and try to avoid too much jargon so sessions may feel organic not robotic. You can expect me to use my sense of humor in sessions and encourage you to do the same if it helps.

The Jackfruit Project is staffed queer identified clinicians dedicated to helping folx heal from unresolved hurts. We have lived and professional experiences in the LGBTQIA community and are dedicated to providing gay, queer, bi men a space to find integration and access to their whole selves.

With couples, I help work through breakdowns in communication to actually be able to hear each other and connect, improve their sex life, as well as heal from infidelity. I also help individuals cope with anxiety and stress to feel at peace & secure again.

I am here to support you and your partner(s) deal with issues of intimacy, mismatched sexual desires, infidelity, communication issues, sexual shame, boundaries within the relationship, navigating social stigmas while in a lgbtqai or interracial partnership, & more. My desire is to provide a warm and comfortable space for folx who struggle to fit into the heteronormative and eurocentric box. You’re overwhelmed and confused about sex and stuck in a lose-lose situation where you’re stressed if you try to have sex and feel guilty if you avoid it. You want to get out of this cycle because you feel bad saying no but honestly aren't very interested. You're feeling a LOT of sexpectations right now.
