Hello Friend! My name is Monica Pina, owner of Pragmatic Solutions Therapy PLLC, a telehealth practice in TX. I serve adults and teens (15 years and older). I specialize in helping those dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, depression, mood disorders, adjustment issues, anxiety, life transitions and health-related challenges. I use specific modalities specific to the client such as: Solutions Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive, Biofeedback, Humanistic, Acceptance Commitment therapy and a modified version of EMDR.
