I am a clinical psychologist with an interest in servicing adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety and mood disorders. My training has focused on Obsessive Compulsive Disorder particularly as it manifests in difficulty with intrusive thoughts and compulsions in areas of contamination, religious scrupulosity, and sexuality. I additionally work with general and health-related anxieties, depression, and psychological challenges related to medical conditions, such as diabetes and cancer. In my practice I make use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Schema Therapy to offer clients a variety of tools and a process to understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavior patterns.

I have 5 years of experience working one-on-one with children and their families in an in-home environment. I am a dual-licensed clinical psychologist in NY and NJ. I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan with special interest in treating adolescents and emerging adults. Lisbette Gonzales is an LSW (License Social Worker) and LCADC (License Clinician of Alcohol and Drug Counselor). This therapist has been working in mental health since 2017. She earned a Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 2019. She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, and other co-occurring conditions. As a drug and alcohol counselor, she helps individuals and families struggling with addiction. She has 15 years of experience working with families and children at daycares, elementary schools, and as an in-home therapist.
