My professional life has been consistently focused on serving people in need. After obtaining my bachelors degree from Michigan State University, I initially worked in the Governor's office in Lansing. I then decided to exercise my entrepreneurial spirit and transitioned into helping guide economically challenged families to find better housing solutions by developing low cost single family homes and developing large tracts of vacant and abandoned land. This work of helping families led me to desire doing work even more impactful, which led to my returning to school and obtaining my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology.

Most of my clients are young adults from 18-29 who wrestle with anxiety, adulthood struggles, people-pleasing and setting boundaries at work and in relationships. I create a judge-free zone to work on you and celebrate your wins.

Rebecca Hockridge is a licensed professional counselor as well as a licensed school counselor. She has a diverse portfolio that includes specializing in attention deficit issues, anxiety, depression, and general life stage adjustment which includes family and youth counseling. Rebecca also is an experienced career and life transition counseling. She received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State where she also studied women’s issues. After working as a social worker for more than 10 years, she earned her Master of Arts in Counseling and School Counseling at Oakland University.

I have over 20 years of experience in the field and have worked in numerous clinical settings that have provided me the ability to treat a variety of mental health issues. Dr. Dunia Karana Zebari is a clinical psychologist with extensive education and training in evidence-based psychotherapies. She received a BA degree from Oakland University, obtained her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, and completed a 3-year NIH research fellowship at the University of Michigan Medical School, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.  She specializes in treatments of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, and insomnia disorders. Dr. Zebari has extensive experience in couples treatment.
