About
In my practice I provide psychotherapy to adults, teenagers, and couples in a warm, patient, non-judgmental environment. My office is an inviting, safe space for sharing. I work with people who seek support for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationships, family issues, anger, life balance, and life stressors. I assist in empowering people with areas such as work, school, and change in living dynamics, disabilities, self-care, relationship breakups and divorce. I have extensive experience with diversity, spirituality, and individuals from various cultural backgrounds.
My role as therapist is to support clients through challenges and identifying the qualities within each person enabling them to be the best version of themselves. Therapeutic support may also take the form of working on finding solutions to more practical life problems.
I utilize a variety of therapies and evidence-based treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, Duluth Domestic Violence Certified and Family System approaches. Finally, I am certified to provide supervision for Limited Licensed Professional Counselors (LLPC), please contact me for details.
