My professional life has been consistently focused on serving people in need. After obtaining my bachelors degree from Michigan State University, I initially worked in the Governor's office in Lansing. I then decided to exercise my entrepreneurial spirit and transitioned into helping guide economically challenged families to find better housing solutions by developing low cost single family homes and developing large tracts of vacant and abandoned land. This work of helping families led me to desire doing work even more impactful, which led to my returning to school and obtaining my Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Professional Psychology.
Since graduation, I have worked extensively with Trauma, Neurofeedback, and spent two years in an inpatient hospital developing my identification, understanding and treatment skills in a wide range of mental disorders under the guidance of some of the best psychiatrists before turning again to private practice: Superviser: Dr. Doug Callan, PhD.
I help people actively pursue their overall mental and physical health through active awareness, life coaching, and the utilization of multiple therapeutic approaches. My unique business background, training and skills relates to a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds, helping them learn to regulate their emotional lives and improve their relationships.
