Working as a team, we will develop a plan that is based upon your individual strengths and needs. I work with clients of all ages but specialize in working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I help my clients learn to cope with ADHD,anxiety, high functioning autism, depression, Bi-polar Mood Disorder, and PTSD. I will work with you to deal with life challenges and changes that result from trauma, divorce, loss and major life changes..
I treat my clients based upon their individual goals using CBT, Behavioral, Play, Person-Centered, Experiential, and Family Therapies . I can support you using Christian Counseling per request and need. I am also a Certified Trauma Practitioner which allows me to treat children and adolescents for trauma and crisis related issues.
I enjoy helping my child and adolescent, family and adult clients learn to successfully cope with mood and behavioral concerns. I have both an MSW and a MA in Counseling Psychology which provides additional depth to my counseling skills.
