I am a therapist that specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, low self esteem, grief and loss, and a variety of inner conflicts that diminish the joy of living. I will focus on establishing goals for your personal needs, healthy coping skills and develop positive growth utilizing confidentiality, trust and a non-judgmental atmosphere.
