Childcare is provided during your session. Bring the kids to spend time at our Kid's Room, while you get treatment from our therapists. All of our therapists hold a minimum of a master's degree in a psychology-related field that qualifies them with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) to provide counseling/therapy in California. Sessions are available in-person as well as online via telehealth. We are accepting new clients now and can get you an appointment within 2-3 days. Open every day apart from Sundays, from 10:30 AM to late evening.

I treat depression, anxiety, couple conflicts, motivation issues, and career issues. I hope to help you get from getting by to getting well, to get from mere coping to full on thriving.

I am a psychologist, licensed in NYS and CA, offering teletherapy to residents of both states. I am also a returned Peace Corps volunteer and aspire for cultural humility and sensitivity in my practice. My training background is in child, adolescent, and adult individual and group therapy, as well as in neuropsychology from teaching hospitals: Brown, Harvard, and NYU; I completed my postdoctoral training at Kaiser Permanente Northern California. I use an integrated approach to treatment, incorporating a range of evidence-based therapy and my broad training experience to meet the diversity of presentations of my clients.
