Hello, my name is Jim Peters and I'm glad you clicked on my profile. I provide online mental health counseling services for individuals, couples and families. I am an AAMFT Approved Supervisor and currently accepting new supervisees. I also have an Indiana MFT license which allows me to virtually provide services for those living in the Hoosier state. I use The Gottman Method as an approach to couples therapy that includes a thorough assessment of the couple's relationship and integrates research-based interventions based on the Sound Relationship House Theory. I have extensive experience working with adolescents and their families.

While I specialize in parenting techniques for young children, I also enjoy working with children, teens, and adults who feel "stuck," or are having difficulty managing family and social conflicts. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology, Tish continued her education at Lindsey Wilson College and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling. Tish has worked in the mental health field for 25 years and has been a licensed practitioner for 22 of those years. She has experience with individuals who are dually diagnosed and has a long history of working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events.
