About
Hello and welcome! My name is Tiara Holt and am a holistic-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor and an EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in helping women of color overcome intergenerational wounds and cultivate a healthier, more authentic relationship with self. With the use of holistic-based modalities I will cultivate a healing environment for you that leads to self-exploration and growth from within. Addressing the mind-body connection as a focal point of our therapeutic process, I’ll provide you with tools to help you meet your therapeutic wellness goals and create the life you desire.
I utilize EMDR therapy and other techniques, such as mindfulness-based and trauma-focused CBT, to address a number of concerns to include maladaptive beliefs, anxiety, trauma & loss. Services are attuned to meet the specific needs of the individual and drawn from a variety of therapeutic approaches.
