Hello and welcome! I'm Tiara, a holistic-based Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & Supervisor, a Certified EMDR therapist, and owner of Healing Essence Counseling & Wellness. I utilize an integrative apporach including EMDR therapy, holistic wellness principles, trauma-informed CBT, somatic work, and systemic trauma vortex model to address a number of concerns to include limiting beliefs, anxiety, trauma & loss.
