As a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist, I work with individual, couples, and families seeking therapy who may be going through grief, depression, anxiety or a distressed relationship. In our therapy sessions you will be able to speak openly, honestly in a non judgmental safe environment. The modalities used in session are the Gottman Theory, Solution Focused, CBT and EMDR for clients who experienced trauma. For couples seeking Pre Martial Counseling I am a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator.

We place special emphasis on all addiction disorders moderate and chronic issues. We specialize in non-medical detoxification that place emphasis's on spirituality. We promote abstinence by providing individualized treatment plans, family education, legal resources, local community resources, and Twelve Step groups. We provide other valuable classes court ordered domestic violence (men & women), driver under the influence and marriage/relationship classes. We offer four hour marijuana education classes.
