I am so glad you decided to take time to invest in yourself. Life often takes a toll on us, and we stay so busy it is hard to make time to take care of ourselves. I have worked with people with a variety of symptoms and from different walks of life. The thing a lot of people are missing is connection, and I strive to help create that connection and start moving forward. I work with men and women with the transition to parenthood and with couples in strengthening their marital friendship. I have experience work with trauma and have extensive training in this as well as being certified in EMDR.

Marcie Stubbs is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a National Certified Counselor who received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University-Atlanta. She has over 5 years' experience as a clinical mental health counselor. She has worked in outpatient and community settings with ages 2 to 64. She has partnered with a local news station in her previous position to address mental health concerns in the community. She has advanced training in Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, TF-CBT, ACT, and as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional.

Heather Metzger is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana, who has been practicing since 2014 and working in the social work field since 2010. She graduated from University of Southern Indiana with a Master of Social Work Degree. Heather believes in utilizing a strengths-based perspective along with creative techniques to empower others to grow, heal, and achieve as whole people. It is important to her to acknowledge and respect the individuality of others as their unique selves and their ability to use self-determination as a catalyst for change.

Mary Waling is a practicing LCSW in the state of Indiana. She achieved her MSW in 2013 from Spalding University in Louisville, KY. She provides care to adults (18 and older), both telehealth and in person, who are feeling lost or stuck in life. Mary utilizes an existential template, with a fusion of contextual behavioral analysis, attachment theory, mindfulness, and cognitive approaches to build upon a client's personal strengths. Her focus is to facilitate transitions from being stuck in life, to finding and living in purpose.

Gabi Goldstein is board-certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas, and holds a Master's Degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago. Gabi has five years experience working with teens, adults, and families, using a collaborative and person-centered approach. She enjoys being the calm in people's storm; providing a space where individuals can intentionally unpack the burdens of life's challenges and connect with their own experiences to cultivate a life of calm and purpose.

Rebecca Gentle received her master's degree in clinical social work and her bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Southern Indiana. She has been in outpatient clinical practice for more than 15 years providing treatment to children, adolescents, families and adults. Her areas of specialty include Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Behavioral Problems, Attention Deficit-Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and family relational problems, and she particularly enjoys working with teens.

Sara Collins, LCSW, provides compassionate care to individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of mental health challenges. Serving clients ages 11 and older, Sara offers individual therapy, couples therapy, and support for substance abuse issues. With a focus on addiction, anxiety, and depression, Sara helps clients navigate their challenges with empathy and expertise. She is particularly passionate about working with veterans and first responders, offering specialized support for PTSD and trauma.

Sarah Dotson has been a licensed clinical therapist since 2014. She graduated from Kentucky State University in 2011 with her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with her Master's degree in Social Work. Sarah believes in a well-rounded approach to therapy to incorporate physical and mental well-being. She also encourages reflection to find the root of the issues that are present. Sarah primarily utilizes EMDR and DBT therapy, as well as IATP. She specializes in trauma, attachment disorders and personality disorders.

Bailey Trotter is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a focus in trauma and substance abuse in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. She has been trained in EMDR. Bailey's experience is widespread, but the core is often in substance use and exploring how a use disorder ripples out to affect other areas of our life and relationships. She works with individuals from adolescence into late adulthood and have training to assess and address trauma- acute and sustained.

Jill Arland is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. She studied at Indiana University School of Social Work. Jill is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, an evidence-based treatment modality for healing trauma. She enjoys working with young adults, middle-aged, and geriatric adults that are seeking to process trauma, learn skills, change behavior, feel better, and heal in a secure, empathetic, and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Cory Buchanan is a licensed therapist (LCSW) who has been practicing since 2015. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Master of Social Work degree. Cory believes in person-centered and trauma-informed treatment, and is welcoming to all individuals who are seeking help and change. Her main areas of focus include depression, anxiety, and general life transitions. In her spare time, Cory enjoys traveling, decorating her home, and spoiling her dog-Max.

Megan Orr is a licensed psychologist and health service provider in the state of Indiana. She also has active licensure in the state of Illinois. Megan completed her undergraduate studies at Indiana University-Bloomington with degrees in psychology and criminal justice. She earned her master's and doctoral degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2010. Her clinical experience includes work within a variety of settings ranging from schools, medical centers, long-term care facilities, and private practice.

Hello, I am Kathryn Sutton. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 14 years of experience treating adolescents and adults. I am an EMDR therapist. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I have treated depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and trauma to name a few. I also work with concerns regarding family conflicts and situational stressors. I am a member and volunteer for Postpartum Support International and I am certified in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.

Jenny believes in meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively on a plan to address ways to improve their wellbeing. Her main areas of focus in treatment are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT) in treating concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma and post-partum stress/anxiety.
