I provide psychodynamic psychotherapy that is effective for a wide range of mental health symptoms, including depression, anxiety, panic and stress-related physical ailments. Psychodynamic therapy focuses on the psychological roots of emotional suffering. Its hallmarks are self-reflection, self-examination, and the relationship between therapist and patient as a window into problematic relationship patterns to lead a healthy life.
Areas of specialization include anxiety and mood disorders. I am interested in the impact of conflict and loss on one's identity and daily functioning, and can be helpful to individuals undergoing life transitions including: adjustment to high school, career phases, marriage, pregnancy, parenting, separation, divorce, and bereavement.
I bring compassion and curiosity to my clinical work as a psychodynamic therapist. I provide a safe space where thoughts and feelings can be freely expressed without concern or judgment. I work collaboratively with clients to maximize their experience and aid them on their personal life journey with growth and positive change.
