Let me begin my saying I am Accepting new patients! I warmly welcome working with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of emotional and relational conflicts. My areas of specialty are the following: Those currently dealing with present or past sexual harassment issues, Trauma (survivors of domestic/sexual abuse, those in ongoing abusive relationships), Eating Disorders and Chronic disease, with particular experience working with patients with Multiple Sclerosis. Practice accepting new patients in New York and California. If you reside in a state other than those two, please reach out anyway; I likely can work with you.
My practice offers a safe space for patients to come to understand their movement in the world, providing alternative solutions for dealing with conflict and more constructive ways to manage life can feel more open, and with more potential for growth and hope. With self-knowledge comes empowerment in life.
There is no judgment in my office; simply a place for curiosity and self-understanding. This fact is especially important when issues of shame arise; all feelings are respected and welcomed, yet sometimes it's more important to make space for learning...which shame can often mitigate.
