As a Psychologist, for 20 years I have enjoyed working with adults, adolescents, couples and families. Over the years I have learned that the single most important aspect to productive therapy is having a trusting, empathic connection with your therapist. Additionally, it is important that your therapist is highly skilled, appropriately trained and experienced. Finding the right therapist is very important, therefore I always encourage people to investigate several options in order to find that supportive, genuine and safe connection that is right for them. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a member of the Mental Health Counselors Association. I've been providing counseling services to the community for over 20 years. My counseling practice is influenced by three years facilitating a court-ordered divorce course for the Naples Mental Health Association and completion of the Supreme Court Certified Family Mediation Training Program. In addition, I have 20 years of on-going study and experience with the psychoanalytic thought process that suggests our current issues and choices are often determined by emotional feelings and memories from the past.
