Welcome-I'm so glad you're here! I am a licensed therapist in Denver specializing in working with adults struggling with OCD and past trauma. You deserve the space to heal and understand patterns in your life that might be causing stress, anxiety, loneliness, depression or strains in relationships. If you are struggling with OCD or past trauma, I might be the right therapist for you! My style in the therapy room is to go further than “just talking” and provide evidence based interventions for OCD such as ERP, ACT, and EMDR therapy and tools to support you in and outside of the therapy room. I provide therapy both in person or through telehealth.
