I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a member of the Mental Health Counselors Association. I've been providing counseling services to the community for over 20 years. My counseling practice is influenced by three years facilitating a court-ordered divorce course for the Naples Mental Health Association and completion of the Supreme Court Certified Family Mediation Training Program. In addition, I have 20 years of ongoing study and experience with the psychodynamic thought process that suggests our current issues and choices are often determined by emotional feelings and memories of the past.
I offer adult clients Short or Long-Term individual therapy tailored to goals such as improving relationships, managing depression & anxiety, addressing substance use, & building self-esteem. Short-Term Therapy focused on situational problems can last weeks or months. Long-Term Therapy focuses on deeper chronic issues can support lasting change over time.
