About
I am a warm, direct, open-minded, and multicultural licensed psychologist, who can help you to understand and work on the root of unhappiness/dissatisfaction in your life. I meet you where you are, work at a pace you're comfortable with, and focus on creating an approach that fits you and helps you to transform your life and relationships. Depending upon your goals and readiness, we can address core issues (e.g., core beliefs such as "I am not good enough") and/or manage current stressors/symptoms (e.g., work or dating anxiety).
I like to integrate psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, relational, energy psychology, somatic, mindfulness-based, imagery, and CBT techniques to create an individualized approach. I have extensive training in treating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, existential concerns, as well as difficulties with navigating the world as an empath/highly-sensitive person.
My specialty populations include people who: have relocated, are immigrants, or identify as being 'multicultural' in any way. I also like to work with people "have it all", but do not feel happy, and those looking for a sense of meaning and purpose in their life. I treat individuals and couples who are California and Florida residents.
