Welcome to my practice! As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing effective and compassionate care to support you on your journey toward healing and personal growth. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based techniques that have shown remarkable efficacy in helping individuals overcome challenges and cultivate resilience. In therapy, I employ REBT for cognitive restructuring for issues such as depression and anxiety, EMDR for trauma processing for depression, anxiety, and PTSD, and COGMED for enhancing cognitive abilities for those struggling with issues such as attention deficit. Together, these approaches empower my clients toward positive change.
In 2018, I began working with mental health patients offering them a wide range of counseling and psychological services to guide them through life’s challenges.
