I help individuals resolve their depression, anxiety and other symptoms as a result of abuse, including narcissistic abuse, neglect or infidelity using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting (BSP) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with other modalities.
