I specialize in anxiety, relationships, conception, pregnancy and postpartum and integrate psychodynamic, attachment, behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. I have completed specialized training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, a leading research-based approach to couples therapy, and also hold an advanced Certification in Perinatal Mental Health.
