In my practice our work together is candid, compassionate and confidential to support your goals, healing and emotional well being. My psychotherapeutic work is with adolescents, children and adults; anxiety, depression and trauma; self defeating behaviors and problems that affect your or loved one's personal, school, work and family life.

I work with people who have Medicare insurance. My clients come to see me because they are in need to talk to someone about the changes in their lives, as they get older, as well as their feelings and needs around being isolated from the pandemic. As people age and reflect on their lives, some things can come up that need to be discussed or released and my practice offers a safe space to do so. Some people have a need for a therapist who can provide tele-health services over the phone or on a video chat and I offer these options to my clientele.

I received my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in Minnesota, and I have been practicing at the county mental and behavioral health level for seven years.
