First of all welcome and thank you for reading this. No matter what is the reason that brought you here, I believe part of the solution is to get to know yourself. I am here to help you and to be right there with you in the hard moments as well as the amazing awe provoking ones. Getting to know ourselves could be scary, exciting, magnificent, empowering, and sometimes disappointing. I know, I have been getting to know myself for years now. It's a journey that never ends, but it does get easier and wonderful. To live life fully, tapping into our full potential means getting to know ourselves and I can't wait to get to know you.
Through becoming a therapist and the journey of self discovery I have collected many tools, practices and modalities I work with. These include: somatic therapy, mindfulness, EMDR, IFS, and much more. I am an intuitive, humanistic, relational, spiritual human to sum it up plainly and work mainly by meeting you where you are and taking it from there.
In these intense times I believe that we all need to take life a little less seriously. I was born in Israel, where life is not very secure, and so, part of the culture I love that stem from that is that people live day by day, and in the moment.
