As a Gestalt therapist, my aim is to meet you where you are and help you reconnect with your values and lead the life you truly want. Trained with attachment EMDR, I integrate this extremely effective modality to heal trauma. I also support the idea that counseling is more effective when the family is empowered to contribute to therapy and healing.
Born and raised in France, I trained in France and California for 25+ years and love to connect with people from different backgrounds. Having worked with individuals and families as a family attorney and a public defender for more than a decade, I offer a broad range of experience.
