While the style of therapy I practice draws on multiple theories, my foundation is Humanistic and Existential. I also use a Jungian-based technique especially for career-development, relationship building and exploring life purpose. Mindfulness and Somatic techniques can also be an asset to help people cope with symptoms.
With roots in bereavement counseling, I have a solid foundation to support those coping with profound grief, loss, depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, family conflict, aging, identity, spiritual exploration.
