I have experience working with people struggling with a range of issues, including relationships difficulties, career concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, narcissism, trauma, chronic pain and LGBTQ issues. I also work with more subtle concerns, such as finding meaning, spirituality, and other existential or self-identity related questions.
I help people improve the quality of their lives by promoting self-awareness and understanding, and by identifying and addressing any unhelpful behavioural patterns or self-defeating attitudes, thoughts/beliefs. I practice from a non-discriminatory stance and reflect on how we are influenced/shaped by age, class, gender, ethnicity, religion, dis/ability, sexuality etc.
