Hello and welcome. Counselling helps you understand and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. We will explore what you’re finding difficult, and unpack this further. I offer a safe and confidential space, where you can talk openly, be heard and listened to without judgement. Are you or your teen struggling emotionally? Have you suffered a bereavement, or is anxiety taking control? I can offer you a space where you can begin to express yourself, and process what’s going on for you. Counselling can help you with relationships, communication and self worth, it can help you build self awareness, and in turn help you to make changes.

Specialising in empowering women of all ages, I can help you with a wide range of issues, including: anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, physical & mental health issues, PTSD, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, addiction, loss and bereavement. I offer both short-term counselling and longer, open-ended work.

People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, maybe something is missing in your life, you want to grow or you feel stuck. Whatever it is that brings you here, I will provide a safe space to explore what it means to be human, to exist in this world.

I am a qualified UK and International counsellor providing psychotherapeutic support and guidance to anyone struggling with mental health or personal problems that may be impacting on their lives negatively and are serious about wanting to live more authentically by making the necessary changes within in order to do so.

Asking for help is not an easy step to take. The prospect of sharing your thoughts and feelings with someone else is quite a leap of faith and if you have not experienced counselling before you may be wondering what to expect. I would like to offer you a comfortable space where we can talk and get to know each other; and when you are ready, we can start to explore and make sense of your thoughts and personal difficulties, working entirely at your own pace. By exploring our past experiences and relationships we can often gain a new and fresh perspective on our issues which can lead to a deeper understanding of ourselves.
