People come to therapy for all sorts of reasons, maybe something is missing in your life, you want to grow or you feel stuck. Whatever it is that brings you here, I will provide a safe space to explore what it means to be human, to exist in this world.
It takes courage to be vulnerable and can feel risky to be who we are. Through working with me and mindful curiosity about yourself. I believe you will come to an awareness of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. I pay close attention in my work to the wider cultural and social narratives, inter-generational and childhood experiences.
I am a qualified Counsellor undertaking further professional development to become a Certified Transactional Analyst. I also work in the NHS as a specialist pharmacist and provide therapy service for various charity organisations. I follow the ethical standards of the UKCP, the NSCP and UKATA.
