About
Hello and welcome. As your counsellor I can help you to understand and make sense of your thoughts and feelings. This is done through exploring what you’re finding difficult, and unpacking this further. Do you feel you need a safe and confidential space where you can open up, be heard and listened to without fear of judgement? Do you need a space to be heard, are you struggling to cope with the pressures of daily life? Have you suffered a bereavement, or is anxiety taking control? I would like to help you find your voice, to give you a space where you can begin to express yourself, and process what’s going on for you.
In my counselling practice I work with adults and young people. If you've been struggling emotionally, or with self - harm, suicidal thoughts, low moods, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, we can work together. I am led by you as my client, we would work collaboratively to explore and find better ways to manage, this is offered in a safe space.
Life can be challenging at times, and maybe you’re finding things too overwhelming and can't seem to work out a way to move forwards, this is where counselling can help. To express your feelings with another can seem scary and anxiety provoking, but I want to reassure you that feelings of uncertainty around accessing counselling is completely normal.
