You dont need to live with your traumas, we know traumas are treatable with EMDR since 1980’s.

I offer individual, couple, and family psychotherapy. My therapeutic stance is one of respect and active engagement. I like to explore resiliency, knowledge, aspirations and resources so you and I can have conversations that highlight what is going well while gently redirecting thinking and behavioural patterns that may be interfering with your capacity to feel connected to yourself and others. Whether this is solo or partnered endeavour, you will be able to gain clarity of your personal needs, develop self-compassion and acceptance, and uncover new bonding possibilities, and ways to maintain emotional connections.
