Like a light post, I will help guide you with compassion, non-judgment, and care to a place where your pain is transformed into peace. I have been working with people in the most difficult times of their lives for 18 years. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, your relationship, your sex life/ intimacy, peers/parents/parenting, your health, trauma, substance or behavioral addictions, I am here to help you create change in the direction you want.
My RN psychotherapy services are offered in Ontario to teens, and adults that are motivated to create real change in their lives. Trained in both Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) my whole-hearted approach will help you to see your innocence, heal perception, and increase your peace, happiness and wellbeing.
With a holistic goal minded approach we will focus on how self-compassion and compassion for others can change our experience of events and be the catalyst for change without guilt, shame or blame. By looking at past trauma in childhood we can see where the pain comes from so self love can emerge. With my heart I will look upon yours, that you may as well.
