My name is Dela and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist with a passion for helping individuals like yourself learn how to regain balance by taking control of destructive thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This includes working with individuals with a history of childhood neglect, abuse, trauma, work related issues, family problems, and psychological issues including anxiety, mood, and personality disorders.
When working with my clients, my goal is not simply to overcome an issue. Instead, it is to help you develop the solid and foundational skills needed for dealing with difficult life challenges so that you can successfully navigate the world around you every day. And in my work, I am incredibly patient, empathetic, non-judgmental, and optimistic.

This group is for individuals seeking to explore experiences of childhood trauma, abuse, and unhealthy family dynamics. This group is a 2 hour session occurring once a week. Group size is limited to 5 individuals. Fee: $75/person. Sessions are held virtually.

Self-Esteem, Self-Confidence, & People Pleasing
This group is a therapeutic exploration of issues related to self-esteem. The group occurs once a week for 1.5 hours within a non-judgmental space. In the first part of the session, participants will have opportunity to share how day-to-day life is going and any concerns and developments in daily life. In the second portion of the session, participants are invited into a guided activity. And in the final portion of the session, I invite the client to take what was learnt during the activity and use this to rewrite a new image of self.
