I work mainly from a Jungian and transpersonal perspective and I can help you if you are struggling with relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, faith transitions and other faith/spirituality issues, grief & loss, meaning & identity issues, career issues, women-specific issues, and psychological aspects of health challenges.
Appointments available this week. I believe that a caring and genuine therapeutic relationship can help people to live a more meaningful, joyful, and productive life. Therapy offers a non-judgmental space in which to explore ways of navigating life’s stresses and challenges, find freedom from depression and anxiety, and connect more deeply with oneself. My approach is person-centered, gentle, direct, and practical, with an emphasis on finding hope and meaning even in the midst of suffering. I strive to create a safe space in which clients can address any difficulties they are experiencing and connect to their inner strength.

You may be getting sick of trying so hard and never feeling like you are enough. Maybe you are drowning in self-doubt and criticism. When the ANXIETY of failing or being rejected becomes your main motivation, it’s time for a new way of being in the world. After working together, my clients are able to enjoy the process of growing, connecting & achieving. Clients start to feel pulled towards their goals, rather than pushed by fear.

I support all expressions of healthy sexuality and spirituality.
Life throws all kinds of challenges at us. Some are happening now, and some happened in the past but have not been resolved. Whether you are walking away from an abusive situation, coming to terms with your identity, or working through childhood trauma, you could use a guide. You may be facing the death of a loved one, or grieving other losses. Maybe you are struggling with emotions that feel out of control, but you don't know why. Or, after a positive change in your life, like becoming a parent or finding a healthy partner, you find yourself unhappy. When life becomes too painful or you're just plain stuck, therapy can help.

I also believe there is a direct correlation between healing, connection, & spirituality.
The healing process of therapy can reduce suffering & facilitate further discovery of one's authentic self. Developing self-awareness, digging to the roots of personal problems, making lasting & powerful changes, and finding meaning & richness in your life is a sacred and empowering process that I am so honoured to be a part of. The approach I use is effective for depression, anxiety, issues of trauma and abuse, relationship concerns, and connection with yourself and others.

I specializes in assisting with anxiety, depression, adoption, communication skills, women's issues, LGBTQIA+, self-worth, childhood issues, ADHD, teen issues, and faith/spirituality.
Text For Appts (801) 413-3858. If you feel alienated, disconnected from those around you, and/or need guidance navigating life transitions (e.g., religious, sexual orientation), let's talk about it! Because each person has value, valid experiences, and needs, therapy can become a healthy and safe space to continue that positive movement forward. All individuals can learn from one another and be better because of it; if we are willing to slow down and pay attention. We are all a success in progress, no matter where we are in life.
