Life can be overwhelming sometimes. You may be carrying the weight of anxiety, depression, grief, or a transition that leaves you questioning who you are and where you’re going. Together, we can create a supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward.
I believe therapy is more than problem-solving — it’s a place to reconnect with your inner strength, discover hope, and find deeper meaning, even in the midst of suffering. My approach is warm, genuine, and practical. I draw from Jungian and transpersonal therapy, offering tools that are gentle yet direct, so you can feel grounded.
I work with adults age 18+. Many of my clients are navigating depression, anxiety, grief, major life transitions, identity questions, or health challenges. I specialize in supporting people during faith transitions, exploring spirituality outside of organized religion, and those who are childfree, single by choice, or identify as asexual or demisexual.
In our sessions, we will explore what matters most to you and uncover new ways of moving through stress, building resilience, and finding joy. Together, we’ll create a path that feels authentic and sustainable for you.
