Hi, I'm Talia! With a background in child welfare and over three years of clinical experience, I specialize in helping adults and couples navigate burnout, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges, My approach blends evidence-based methods, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and the Gottman Method (Level 1) to support meaningful, lasting change. Client's describe my style as warm, grounded, and focused on what works. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be real, explore what's holding you back, and build skills to move forward with clarity and confidence.

For anyone in this day and age, there are struggles both visible and invisible that we all experience and need help with. As a counselor, I attempt to help those who are seeking aid with those struggles and provide skills and alternative perspectives in order to face these difficult challenges. I use a client-centered eclectic, adaptable, approach in order to help individuals where they are at in life. I see myself as understanding and willing to walk a mile in another's shoes in order to truly comprehend the nature of their issues. I tend to have an easy-going atmosphere within therapy with the drive to help all who seek it.

As a therapist group, we focus on restoring balance to daily life. It is our belief that trauma inhibits our ability to function to full capacity. Trauma reactions often create issues such as addiction, avoidance, anger, and panic. We utilize a simple method to reduce trauma reactions to triggers which creates a better balance in life, work, relationships, and self. We offer telehealth on a secure HIPPA-compliant platform for new and existing clients. All paperwork and payments can be performed via the telehealth platform.
