I work with people who have experienced trauma in childhood or adulthood who want to heal from the aftereffects of their experiences. I believe that many challenges you may live with daily, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and more, may actually be signs of traumatic stress. Together, we can learn tools to manage your traumatic stress warning signs and work on reducing these symptoms to help you move towards the best version of yourself.

I provide individual and couples therapy focusing on grief, illness, trauma, employment change, becoming a parent, relationship struggles, and other challenging life events and transitions. The cornerstone of my practice is the belief that actual connection with a real human being will go further than any single psychological theory. My degree is in clinical psychology with an emphasis in applied existentialism, which really just means applied humanity. I am a pragmatist and find mental and emotional health is contingent on meeting everyone where they are, rather than where anyone thinks they "should" be. I take pride in my honesty, compassion, and faith in humanity's ability to overcome. I truly love helping people through hard times, and look forward to helping you however I can.
