I am currently taking new clients. Are you in need of support? Do you need someone to fully listen and share with you in your difficult issues or life experiences? Whether it's depression, anxiety, grief or a difficult life transition, sharing and working through painful feelings can be very healing. I can help with relationship difficulties as well as learning to have healthy boundaries. I only offer telehealth sessions at this time. I am currently available mainly 8am to 5pm.

My vision is to empower every person who seeks help to achieve balance in their lives by offering the opportunity to access new tools and improve unwanted behaviors. I provide affordable therapeutic interventions to the adult population seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, burnout (political, professional, social media, etc.) or other emotional disturbances. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care and provide a neutral ground for individuals and couples who are committed to working toward their goals and values.

As parents, we sometimes experience pain when others are negatively judging our children's behaviors. This can occur when our children don't listen to us or get into trouble at school. Such experiences may cause us to doubt our parenting ability, creating a feeling of failure. As a child counselor, I understand that children sometimes "act up" during difficult life transitions, like a divorce, parental incarceration, foster care, financial stress, moving to a new home, school, or the loss of a loved one. I view each person as a unique individual and believe we are entitled to quality care distinctly tailored to our needs and goals in life. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, welcoming, environment and safehaven to explore the choices and changes each client makes as they navigate this ever changing world. I draw from both, but am not limited to, client-centered and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approaches, and seek to empower my clients to take control of their current and future lives.

I provide individual therapy for preteens, adolescents, and young adults. My goal is to work alongside my clients to offer support and comfort as they navigate their daily lives; whether that is dealing with friendship/relational issues, struggling with feeling isolated, or difficulties building self-confidence. While working with me, we will learn how to conquer the anxious thoughts, self doubt, and negative thinking that can lead to you feeling overwhelmed and emotionally drained.

I have professional and personal experience in many mental health issues: Overcoming trauma including PTSD; Overcoming sexual, emotional, physical, spiritual and narcissistic abuse; Adoption and foster care issues; Family dynamics; and Healthy boundary setting. I work with adults and teens (ages 12-17). My Clinical Practice Also Offers Medication Management with a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner! My Practice Offers Telehealth Sessions All Across The State Of Oregon!
